A healthy neck is a strong neck that is balanced and painless. We can have a health neck by obeying certain rules.
· Never lift, pull or push heavy objects. Divide the load you have been carrying equally between your two hands.
· Do not carry load with your head. Do not lift objects over your head.
· Do not keep your head continuously bent forwards or in the same position for long periods of time.
· Particularly when at the computer or at desk, change position every 30 minutes.
· Do not hold the receiver by squeezing it between your neck and shoulder.
· Keep your back straight when sitting and lay back.
· Support your neck with a pillow fitting the curve of your neck if required.
· Do not sleep in places other than your bed so as to let your head bends down.
· Do not use over-high pillows. Prefer neck pillows.
· Arrange your working conditions well.
· Keep in touch with life. Exercise. Increase your motivation.
